SalaryHealthcare Australia is currently looking for a Practice Nurse with strong administration skills for work with our client based in Wagga Wagga NSW. This is a full time permanent position with a Monday to Friday roster.

Key responsibilities include:
Practice Nursing Offers
- Triage and patient assessments.
- Ongoing clinical skills training and development
- Assisting skin checks and minor procedures on-site
- Immunisations and wound reviews
- Chronic Disease management and health promotion.
- Highly developed communications skills both verbal and written.
- Cold chain management and infection control
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent working conditions
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
- Current full AHPRA registration
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Problem-solving and conflict resolutions skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Prioritisation and ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice setting (desired)
