Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practice evidence-based interventions for a diverse range of mental health issues and clientele
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records, adhering to ethical and professional standards. Previous Powerdiary experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological research, interventions, and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the clinic
- Develop quality reports for GP’s, NDIS, Schools and various organisations
- Conduct groups or workshops when needed
- Assist in developing required workshops or education program content
- There will also be elements of networking and marketing in the early days
- Engaging with stakeholders and relevant agencies
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA and PsyBA (or waiting for registration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, team and stakeholders
- Accurate and efficient report writing skills
Preferred but not essential
- Powerdiary experience
- NDIS experience or registered
- Experience with BSP’s
