Join our team as a Registered Teacher and be a catalyst for curiosity and creativity! As an ECE Teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to nurture a love for learning in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our centre promotes an inclusive environment where tamariki develop knowledge and understanding of New Zealand’s dual heritage, culture, language and identity as well as recognising the diverse cultures of our community. We communicate, engage and work in partnership with parents and whānau regarding all aspects of children’s learning, interests, goals and holistic development.

What we’re looking for:

  • An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
  • Genuine care and love for the well-being and development of tamariki
  • A personality that fosters and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whānau
  • Abundant reserves of enthusiasm and energy
  • Competency in planning, curriculum, and regular and emergent reviews
  • The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whānau
  • A creative mind capable of inspiring and igniting curiosity!
