Based out of Rockingham/HMAS Stirling base, on Meandup land, your role purpose will be:
- Lead and manage bids and projects whilst engaging transversely across Maritime functions to support bid/project deliverables and outcomes.
- Execute, monitor and control the project (predominantly in engineering) with adherence to gate reviews, schedule & budget
- Partnering closely with our customers and ensuring that products and services delivered exceed expectations.
- Identify KPI’s and conduct complex analysis to provide early alert on significant emerging variances and risks. Develop mitigation strategies to counter variances and risks.
About You
- Degree qualified in engineering, project management or other suitable discipline, as well as IPMA Certification (or eligibility towards)
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrable bid and project management experience at a senior level with multi-partners or major co-contractors
- Experience in the delivery of high value software/hardware-based projects
- Previous experience within Mechanical/Electrical Engineering industry will be highly regarded
