Our main site is located at Cobbitty with 6 satellite classes within the Catholic and Department of Education schools in the Macarthur area and another main site school in Coffs Harbour, NSW.Job DescriptionThis important new position will manage and oversee the School's enrolment processes and provide effective, timely and accurate administration support services within the School. This position commences as soon as possible, working on a part time basis (30 hours per week) and is a 12 month Fixed term contract.Role DescriptionCore duties will include:
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of the School's enrolment processes
  • Managing appointments for School Leadership team members
  • Handling requests and queries promptly
  • Constructing rosters and work schedules
  • Secretarial and Administrative support duties
  • General reception duties
  • Assisting with Property Management
  • Maintaining school records, office documentation and logistics in an orderly and systematic way.

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised with excellent time management with the ability to prioritise work
  • Computer literacy, including highly developed skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and database platforms
  • Prompt and Reliable - a strong work ethic
  • Discretion and Confidentiality - Experience managing sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy work environment within a team and/or autonomously.
  • Knowledge or experience in using a database such as TASS, Salesforce, or other student database program would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the education or disability sector
The successful applicant will be required to have or undergo both a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.Additional Information
  • An hourly rate of $37.29 per hour is adjusted to cover both the school term and non-term time periods. During the first year of employment, non-term time will be paid pro-rata of the school time worked.
  • Working term time only, there is a requirement for this role to work an additional ten (10) days (pro-rata for FTEratio) outside school term (during the school holiday period) which is included in the hourly rate of pay.
