We're looking for a highly organised and efficient Registration Clerk to join our Chullora dealership.

Think you have what it takes?

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven reception / administration experience, specifically within the automotive industry.

• Computer literacy & numeracy
• Attention to detail and great time management
• The ability to work in a team environment
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Experience with the Reynolds and Reynolds system an advantage

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Data entry for vehicle registrations
• New vehicle deal processing
• Carrying out administration associated with New / Used Sales
• General reception duties as required
