Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed schedules for vehicle movements and modification status spreadsheets.
- Inspect all vehicles before delivery, notifying sales consultants of any incorrect specifications that may cause delays.
- Assist with vehicle registrations.
- Provide support to the Sales department as needed.
- Process internal paperwork related to deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships.
What we are looking for:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong time-management ability and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with people
- Knowledge of Accounts administration is highly regarded
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
- Class C Drivers licence
