Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of completed registration and insurance details and payments
- Registration of New, Used & Demo vehicles for multiple brands
- Registration renewals
- Cancelling and coordinating plate swaps for our Guests
- Ensure compliance with registration guidelines
- Process vehicle transactions
- Perform adhoc and general administration duties as requested
- Administrative duties such as ordering supplies, distribution of mail and assisting other departments as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Proven Vehicle Registration and DMS (Tune and/or Titan) experience in Automotive Industry (highly desired)
- High level planning, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile!
This is a Full-Time role, working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm. This is not a WFH role.
Previous Automotive Industry experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however applicants with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
