One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Registration Officer to join a talented operations team. You will be responsible for developing a nationally consistent approach to managing the departments services and schemes. The Registration Officer will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Registration Officer will be responsible for the below:
- Providing advice and recommendations to the department’s functions.
- Securing compliance with relevant legislation through effective agreements.
- Developing and overseeing the broad policy design.
- Strategic planning and decision making towards new ideas and opportunities.
The successful Registration Officer will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire related policy knowledge.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and experience working in a collaborative environment.
