- Proven change management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to take the necessary course of action.
- Ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate then into internal environment and identify potential issues.
- Ability to prepare papers for senior management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach.
- Broad understanding of core industry legislation.
- Highly organised, with high attention to detail and forward planning.
- Able to work autonomously across a variety of duties.
- Ability to condense complex data points, themes, and trends into simple and focussed advice.
- Sound communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant ANZIIF (or similar) accreditation.
- Tertiary qualification/s in business, projects or legal plus 5+ years relevant business experience.
