You will join a diverse and engaged team of change and finance professionals working collaboratively across multiple business groups to uplift process, system, data, controls, and organisation structure for regulator reporting.

What role will you play?
Participating in various project activities you will define and operationalise solutions across all finance business units, ensuring new ways of working are embedded and adopted successfully. You will gain a strong understanding of the ‘As Is’ processes and own the ‘To Be’ state of operations (Business and Technology) while defining business and data requirements needed to meet new standards that are being implemented globally, and regionally.
What you offer
- Experience as a business-side Business Analyst, working on Regulatory Change initiatives, ideally regulatory reporting
- A flexible and accountable approach with and an ability to partner effectively with both technical and finance professionals
- Previous experience helping teams successfully embed cultural, technology and process changes
- Strong stakeholder analysis and mapping abilities, with a good track record with building stakeholder relationships
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them simply to impacted stakeholders.
