- You hold a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Every day is different therefore you need to be able to prioritise multiple projects and competing demands as well as keeping abreast of regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Your key stakeholders will include Marketing, Product Development, Quality and Nutrition teams. You therefore hold excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, and ability to influence and work with a diverse range of people effectively.
- You present a clear and partnering style of communication both in written and spoken form. You understand product development and have experienced a technical role within the food industry.
- A sound knowledge of NPI and product change management is ideal.
