Reward Consultant (Interim)

Large ASX-listed player needing an extra pair of hands as they approach rem review season!

Join this established and well regarded reward team within a large ASX-listed organisation and help them plan for their EoFY performance and remuneration review as well as lend a hand with BAU reward queries and support.
Ideal experience:

• At least 2-3 corporate rem reviews under your belt
• Strong project planning experience and discipline (charter, plan, risks & issues logs, decision registers ...)
• Experience of using PIVOT (ELMO) or similar (SF, WorkDay ...)

In return you will work with exceptional reward colleagues and enjoy the rare chance to perfect your foundational thinking before a rem review, as opposed to getting bogged down into the review detail and learning on the fly!
