This industry-leading provider is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist for their new role with the Cairns team. The main focus in this role is working towards return to health and work outcomes with a strong focus on early intervention. You will be responsible for the following:
- Case management of clients with physical and psychosocial needs
- Return to work case management for injured workers with a strong focus on early intervention
- A range of assessments including functional assessments, ADLs and worksite assessments
- Liaison with key stakeholders including your collaborative team
- Completion of high-level written reporting
- Project opportunities & some regional travel.
Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency) or ESSA
- Some clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with energy and positivity to contribute to the fun team dynamics
- Current driver’s licence and your own reliable car (fleet vehicle available)
