You may be just the person we need! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor, with a background as a Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist.
About the role
Back2Work Solutions is a leading provider of injury management, workplace health and return to work services across Australia.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of clients.
- Complete a range of assessments and services to facilitate an individual's successful recovery at work.
- Work as part of a varied team of consultants to deliver high quality workplace rehabilitation and customer service.
- Achieving KPI's in RTW outcomes, quality and productivity both individually and for the region.
- NES/ Vocational Assessing.
- Engaging customers to create long standing relationships.
- Create, promote and enhance an organisational culture based on the company values.
- Comcare accreditation is desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicle
