As a Physiotherapist in the role of Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals who have sustained workplace injuries. Your expertise will guide them in their recovery and help them return to work, either in their previous roles or in new capacities. What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Working with in the NES and OES space
- Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
- $5,000 Car Allowance
