Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Allied Health Professionals to join an expanding team in Port Macquarie, NSW.

This company is a leading national workplace rehabilitation provider, with a network of skilled professionals who support each other in their professional development.

The successful candidates will benefit from a dedicated onboarding program and tailored learning and development programs to aid progression. We have full-time and part-time positions available for Psychologists and Social Workers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide counselling and support to clients to enhance their overall well-being and independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing essential life skills and coping mechanisms.
• Deliver workshops and group sessions to facilitate skill development and peer support.

• $75,000 - $100,000 + Super

• Qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
• Provisional or Registered Psychologists are welcome to apply!
• Registration or membership with a recognised professional body.
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
