AddressOur client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Team Manager to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.
The Role:
- Lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to optimise engagement, performance & culture
- Quality assurance & file reviews – ensure your team is meeting SLAs, quality & outcome measures
- Develop & maintain robust customer relationships
- Manage a small caseload – initially a hybrid consultant/leadership role, the leadership component will steadily increase as you become established
- Assist with recruitment, as the team continues to grow
- Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement & innovation

The Ideal Candidate:
- AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Full or Provisional) or ASORC/RCAA-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 2 years’+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience
- A strong communicator, you excel at developing relationships with all stakeholders
- Thrives on helping others reach their potential – some experience in leadership, training &/or coaching will be valuable but not essential
- Energetic, positive & proactive
- Driver's licence & car
