SalaryMetro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for a Rehabilitation Therapy Aide to join their team to provide a comprehensive psychosocial intervention (under direction of a treating Clinician) and community linkages to support mental health consumers to access a range of services to promote recovery.

About the Role
• Assist and support the Transitional Housing Team in the implementation of consumer care.
• Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by actively participating in safety and quality practices.
• Participate actively in the ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of treatment plans and feedback results of evaluation to treating team.
• Work as part of a team to implement an agreed risk management approach, this includes the review and sourcing of information on best practice, and participation in ongoing internal/external quality reviews.
