We are currently seeking a Relationship Consultant to join our Sale Branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will operate in a collaborative environment, delivering a distinctive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers
- Complete Beyond Bank’s Lending Accreditation program
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers
- Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team
- Manage all facets of our customer’s financial requirements
- Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role
- Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations.
You will need:
- Demonstrated experience in retail banking or customer service environment
- Commitment to success and a strong work ethic
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community
