Our Regional and Agribusiness (RAB) banking team is dedicated to fostering the financial well-being of businesses and communities throughout Australia. Our team support a broad array of Commercial and Agri sectors, typically consisting of customers with credit facilities of $1M-$50M.

Our Relationship Executives are responsible for delivering meaningful solutions that meet the needs of our clients' today and in the future and ensuring that their businesses enjoy healthy and sustainable growth.
Specifically, You Will.
Engage customers, foster relationships, understand needs, support current business, and identify growth prospects.
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
Strategically guide and execute deals, adeptly structuring and negotiating financial solutions.
Assume proactive ownership of risk management, ensuring comprehensive mitigation throughout the process.

Have solid business banking experience with the ability to lead business origination for diverse customer sectors.
Demonstrate a robust understanding and application of the credit process for business banking.
Display a growth-oriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, while seeking to enhance financial knowledge.
Have excellent communication, coupled with tenacity, resilience, and self-driven initiative. tertiary qualifications in commerce or finance a plus
