Here you'll provide meaningful solutions for an existing portfolio of diversified commercial business banking clients. Your relationship management experience, insights and expertise, along with our range of innovative products and services will help you move these businesses forward and grow our client base.
In addition to providing excellent service to the existing clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities.
You'll be managing a client base spanning across diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across Bundaberg and surrounding areas.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely.
More specifically, you will:
- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
- Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
- Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.
We're interested in hearing from people who:
- Have the ability to build relationships to grow our client base;
- Have demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high value Business clients;
- Can use their wealth of business banking knowledge and strong commercial acumen to drive client acquisitions;
- Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
