How will I help?
- Provide superior sales & service support to Business Development Managers and Brokers.
- Be responsible for retaining and growing customer value by fulfilling broker customer needs and enquiries through unmatched services and achieving draw-down and sales targets;
- Work closely with the key internal stakeholders; such as Operations, Credit, Local Business Bankers, Relationship Manager, Business Development Managers, and Introducers; to successfully contribute to a breakaway customer experience.
- Act to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures; and
- Have a passion for customers and improve their experience by focussing on improving the drivers of customer experience.

- Strong track record in delivering sales results
- Strong communication, time management & organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience in Equipment Finance product and procedure/service
- Effective relationship management skills
