Having a rich history locally and internationally, our client is seeking a Relationship Manager responsible for working closely with the Relationship Director – Commercial Property.
The Position
As a Relationship Manager you will be play a pivotal role as a conduit between the business and its’ clients, by maintaining a high level of service to current clients allowing the Relationship Director opportunity to drive new business.
You will work with company clients in reviewing and preparing credit submissions and memorandums. This is a technical role that requires your experience in Commercial Property Finance transactions with existing customers.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will use your outstanding history to identify, review and recommend applications for approval.
Responsible for an existing portfolio you will also be required to:
- Manage credit risk within guidelines and improving portfolio profitability
- Develop and grow the Commercial profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, existing and potential clients
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will have a strong practiced history within a bank or client facing lending institutions and must understand credit risk and the associated trends within the real-estate market at a high level.
