Form of workBank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Home Loan Relationship Manager to join our team in Melbourne Box Hill Branch.
This is a Two Year Maximum Term contract role, subject to review for an on-going position after contract period.
You are mainly responsible for building up loan portfolios. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Seek new business opportunities
- Create and grow new business/client
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining smooth and timely communication of information with operational staff
- Prepare credit proposal
- Maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge to excel the compliance duties;
- Annual review of customer credit terms and conditions
- Compilation of plans for design of new products to meet customer demand and/or recommendations for enhancements to existing Home loan products
- Effectively market and sell Home loan products.
Candidates should ideally:
- 3+ years experience in Home loan lending is an essential
- Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or finance
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
- Good data analysis and report writing skills
- Understanding of retail banking operation
- Great customer relationship building skills
- Good negotiation skills and ability to meet targets.
