My client is a leading REAL ESTATE agency that is part of a wider, highly successful group who are firmly focused on supporting the community and providing expert advice to buyers and sellers. They are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team to play an integral role in maintaining and nurturing client connections while contributing to the operational success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the database to ensure accuracy of client information
- Manage the open homes schedule and events
- Coordinate professional photographers
- Attend building and pest inspections
- Conduct follow up calls with buyers
- Manage social media channels to enhance engagement
- Assist with ad hoc administration tasks as required

About You
You are an experienced REAL ESTATE professional who understands the relationship between client satisfaction and business success. You are a strong communicator who can easily build rapport and trust with clients, and have the organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines successfully and to a high standard.
You will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years REAL ESTATE experience
- Current Real Estate certificate of registration
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Polished and professional presentation
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- An understanding of social media marketing across multiple platforms
- A solid work ethic with a desire to grow and develop with the business
