Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager NSW, Third Party Banking, you’ll provide extended service to large volume brokers, assisting the relationship manager team to allow daily sales activity in the broker market.More specifically, you will:Maintain the relationship manager/broker database
Support the Third Party Banking channel by providing hands on service to our brokers, customers, solicitors and management Liaise with sales relationship and mortgage services teams for the effective and timely resolution of loan applications and service issues
Monitor service delivery by CommBank to the Third Party delivery channel and escalate issues on a timely basis
