**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contractor or Casual Employee. This position offers the flexibility of working from home and requires a candidate with banking experience, preferably home loan experience and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate would be someone happy to work up to 3 days a week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist Mortgage Brokers with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
- Conduct research on various mortgage products and assist broker in providing informed recommendation to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in banking or a related field is essential. Preferably in home loans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferable but not essential.
