Reliability Engineer

We are currently looking or an experienced Reliability Engineerwho will be accountable for developing Asset Management Plans (APMs) in line with Asset strategies and the Sodexo Asset Management Policy.  Asset Preventative / Predictive Maintenance and warehousing activities will be then developed with the intent to increase reliability and proactively manage adverse risks associated of asset failure.

Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Proposes maintenance strategies to management, ensuring they are designed to reduce risk, meet client and business objectives, and achieve statutory compliance.  While always providing the best whole of life outcomes for Sodexo.
• Ensures that Operations input, precision maintenance requirements, spares, materials and supporting documentation have been considering when developing the maintenance strategy.
• Develop criticality assessments for all asset types across the client portfolios.  Develop FMEA for asset types assessed as critical.
• Develops replacement project plans for critical asset types, liaise with key stakeholders for the development of the plan and pass execution to operations while maintaining ownership of the plan and process.
• Identifies actions that will address root causes and prevent the reoccurrence of an undesired event.
• Identifies new technologies and practices to increase accuracy and efficiency of asset health monitoring.
• Uses benchmarking processes and results to identify the landscape of opportunities.
•  Endorses identified opportunities for standardisation of materials and components for cost optimisation and improving planning efficiency.
• Integrates with Supply to manage criticality of spares 
• Ensures appropriate allocation of skillsets to task requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Sound understanding of Asset Life Cycle management (ISO550K)
• Ability to travel the Pilbara Region to promote effective work management processes, and as business needs arise
• High level professional communication skills - written & verbal.
• Analytical and comprehension skills.
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines.
• Ability to professionally liaise with executives & senior management.
• Disciplined and focused approach.
• Relationship building and influencing capabilities.
• Motivation to work within a high performing team environment.
• Ability to liaise with Subject Matter Experts and interpret feedback in a concise and engaging manner.
• Advanced capabilities - MS Office Suite.
• Sound understanding of CCMS and FMEACA System (Desirable)
