AddressAbout the role:
This role will be for a strategy and tactics project based in Perth. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for leading tactics and strategy development for Fixed Plant assets using FMECA and RCM principles. This will be 10-month assignment with a Monday to Friday roster, with the possibility of extension.
Duties include:
- Undertake gap assessments for fixed plant assets to identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices;
- Assess and prioritise equipment based on criticality, lifecycle and historical data;
- Review master data, engineering drawings and other information to establish equipment details;
- Conduct workshops with maintenance personnel to populate FMECA and Corrective Action information;
- Support planning and master data personnel to develop tactics in CMMS.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Tertiary degree in engineering or similar with relevant industry experience
- Thorough understanding of FMECA and RCM processes
- Ability to perform measured and accurate work across all depth levels, from high level gap assessments to detailed equipment specific failure analysis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Ability to work from Perth CBD office location
- A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience preferred but not mandatory includes:
- Previous on-site mining experience
- Knowledge of SAP CMMS System
- Experience within Fixed Plant Maintenance including Conveyor Belts, Vibrating Screens, Stackers, Crushers and Bins & Chutes.
- Valid Australian C class drivers license.
- Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening;
- Full Australian working rights, residing in Perth.
