Form of work Lawson Medical Practice is seeking a Relief Nurse between 15 July 2024 and 27 August 2024. The role will include 3 days per week (Mon, Tuesday, Thursday) with flexible working hours.
Essential
Nurse immuniser
Good computer skills
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
Current CPR Certificate
Desirable but not essential
Previous General Practice experience
Wound management
Knowledge of chronic disease care plans and health assessments
Knowledge of medical software programs specifically Best Practice
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Wound Management
Adult and paediatric immunisations
Maintaining clinical documentation
Disease management (TCA, GPMP and Health Assessments)
