The firm is seeking two full-time permanent Senior Legal Assistants in their Litigation and Construction teams, supporting a team of seasoned professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Answering phone calls
- Diary and email management
- Timesheets
- Initiating Matters
- Preparing and amending documents
- Client correspondence
- Maintaining the IP database
- Document Research
- Dictation
- Client liaison
- Managing client event bookings
- Electronic filing and document management
- Invoice preparation and document uploads
- Assistance with travel arrangements
- Minimum 3 years legal secretary experience within an Australian law firm, with exposure to litigation or construction matters
- Advanced technology skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, client-focued mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Collaboration, positive outlook and high energy
- This role is suited for a career legal secretary, and law students will not be considered
