This opportunity will be on a permanent full-time basis.Your key accountabilities in this role will include:Managing and supporting a strong team, where you will create a positive, supportive and people-focused cultureBuilding strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this roleDelivering performance and creating lifestyle solutions for our residents, including events, communications, and general safety across the villageMaintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the communityImplementing day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programsBe the point of contact for staff, residents and their families, being approachable and always presenting excellent customer service.About you:Having a vibrant people-centric focus will see you thrive in this role, as will:The ability to lead, support and mentor team members.Solid background in customer-centric or operations-based rolesStrong ability to build, maintain and utilize relationshipsExcellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)A strong capacity for self-direction, adept in balancing different priorities whilst managing day-to-day expectations for the residents and their families.Experience in retirement living/senior living is essential for the success in this role.Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, hospitality and/or hotel management (desirable but not essential)Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will allow you to interact with the team and residents effectively.
