Due to growth, they have an exceptional opportunity for a Remedial Building Consultant to join their growing team!You will undertake and prepare causation and scope reports relating to domestic and commercial sites. - Inspecting, diagnosing and explaining the cause of building damage whether from design fault, defective building work or maintenance related issues
- Preparing detailed Building Reports with diagnosis and remedial recommendations
- Liaising and communicating with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Managing multiple project files and accounting for your time on each project
- Working as part of a professional interactive consultancy team but also being able to work in an independent and self-directed manner
- Have either previous experienced as an Insurance Assessor or Remedial Builder
- Currently active in the building/construction industries
- Demonstrated experience in residential building practices
- Be able to demonstrate understanding of building knowledge from both a practical and/or compliance perspective
- Be a qualified builder by trade
