Remediation consultant

We're looking for an Insurance Remediation Consultant who will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from our clients who require financial remediation. This will be a short-term secondment (16 weeks).
What you'll do

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to customers requiring remediation
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Managing yourself through change
• Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the team to meet organisational objectives.
• Demonstrate appropriate and professional workplace behaviours, providing assistance to team members if required and undertaking other key responsibilities or activities as directed.
• Represent Suncorp and its brands with professionalism always

What you'll bring

• Minimum 12 months Insurance experience - Highly desired
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills, Intermediate Microsoft Access Skills & Intermediate Microsoft Word Skills - Highly Desired
• Understanding of Motor and Home Insurance- Highly Desired.
• Excellent communication skills - proven ability to address business issues and convey decisions and results in a confident and concise manner both orally and written.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity of Remediation systems.
• High degree of accuracy when dealing with client information
• Time and workload management - demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and organise workload in an effective manner to deliver required business outcomes.
• Customer Service - proven ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders and deliver service that is committed to the customer experience, by delivering quality outcomes within required timeframes.
• Personal resilience to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and ways of working.
