What you'll bring:
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months of banking experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial processes and customer needs.
- Prior experience in remediation or dispute resolution, showcasing your expertise in resolving complex issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word at an intermediate level, enabling you to analyze data and create reports with ease.
- Familiarity with home lending and core banking systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to confidently address business issues and convey decisions concisely.
- Strong attention to detail to uphold the integrity of remediation systems and ensure accuracy in handling client information.
- Strong time and workload management skills, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver business outcomes efficiently.
- Proven track record in customer service, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering quality results within specified timeframes.
