Contract Length: 4-12 weeks
We are currently seeking dedicated RANs to join our team in providing essential healthcare services in the Kimberley region of WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare services to remote Aboriginal communities.
- Conduct immunisations and ensure compliance with immunisation schedules.
- Providing professional, evidence-based primary healthcare to individuals, families and communities.
- Delivering health promotion and education activities, coordinating assigned health programs
- Participating in an on-call roster to provide a 24/7 emergency care service.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant certifications: REC, MEC, BLS/ALS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in challenging and remote environments.
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and understanding when working with Aboriginal communities.
