Key Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests
- Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create “specials” outside the regular menu cycle
- Manage the expectations of both clients and diners
The Person
The candidate will have experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen. To be successful, you will need:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
- Meet Covid-19 vaccine requirements
- Experience in a fast-past environment, with an eagerness to learn
