  • HEW 7 salary + 17% super


About the Role 

We are looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Manager of Remuneration & Benefits

In this role, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. This includes job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent and performance management, governance and reporting and supporting academic promotions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in Talent, Organisational Development (OD), and remuneration within a supportive environment.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives. 
  • Affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space
  • Experienced with data analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Coordination and administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems
  • Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Degree qualifications relevant to Human Resources, Business or other related discipline, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
