To continue supporting and adequately rewarding our employees, we are in search of an experienced Remuneration Manager to lead our remuneration and benefits team.In this role, you will manage competitive remuneration practices, improve efficiency of core services and provide solutions that align with our HR and business strategy. This position encompasses both day-to-day operations, process enhancement, and project-related tasks within the Rewards domain. Your responsibilities will include provision of remuneration advice and evaluating our reward framework to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the Group Strategy. Demonstrating enterprise leadership, you will ensure scalable outcomes for the business. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Operational Functional Groups, Corporate departments, and HR Managers will be crucial in developing solutions to meet business needs.A little about you:
- Experience managing and maintaining a remuneration framework for fixed and variable pay.
- Strong ability to analyse market trends, evaluate internal pay equity, and collaborate with key stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Support submission of Board Papers, through modelling and drafting of papers.
- You've developed and delivered Reward programs within a medium to large organisation
- Managed a team in a medium sized organisation of Common Law and Underpinned employees
- Solutions focused with a commercially pragmatic work approach
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes
- Experience with managing to a reward framework
- Working knowledge of job evaluation methodology such as Mercer IPE or equivalent
- Proven experience managing, influencing and supporting senior stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification HR or a commercial/business discipline
