We are seeking a dedicated Remuneration Manager responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive remuneration, incentives, and benefit programs that align with our HR and business strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Performance and Reward, you will play an integral part in the Performance and Reward team, collaborating with key stakeholders both locally and globally. What’s the role? - Establishing and executing remuneration frameworks and job architecture, encompassing job evaluation, maintenance of job maps, remuneration data, salary surveys, and audits. - Orchestrating the annual remuneration review, involving data preparation, calculations, executive remuneration, system maintenance, and board reporting. - Continuously reviewing, designing, and managing incentives, including Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), discretionary bonuses, and Sales incentives. - Safeguarding the relevance and appropriateness of News’ pay framework. - Developing and executing pay equity and retention strategies. - Serving as the subject matter expert for Remuneration and Reward, providing guidance to the entire HR and wider business on remuneration matters. - Offering support and expertise in domestic and international mobility. - Assisting the team in optimising employee benefits, ensuring alignment with News’ Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
