YOUR ROLE
As part of an innovative team with a focus on continuous improvement, you will provide remuneration expertise across IAG, combining market knowledge with an understanding of the internal landscape to help ensure IAG employees are competitively rewarded for the important work they do.
Working within a portfolio-ownership model, you will become a trusted expert, partnering with leaders and key stakeholders at all levels to design and implement remuneration solutions that help IAG deliver on its strategy.
This role is a permanent role and can be based in any major city across Australia or New Zealand,

ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of reward initiatives and knowledge of superannuation (AU)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated project and change management implementation experience
- Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex problems into understandable advice and actionable solutions
- A positive, action oriented, self-motivated approach to work
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, consulting, and negotiation skills
