About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Liaison:
- Point of contact for customer enquiries
- Gather and clarify customer requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process
- Sales Process:
- Translate sales specs into production plans
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- BOM Management:
- Create accurate BOMs for production
- Coordinate material sourcing with procurement
- Customer Support:
- Manage service, and repairs inquiries
- Process customer requests promptly
- Resolve issues and provide updates
- CRM and Reporting:
- Manage and optimize the CRM database.
- Develop Salesforce dashboards and produce detailed reports.
- Support sales decisions with accurate data.
- Sales Process Improvement:
- Streamline sales-to-production workflows.
- Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and product quality.
- Sales Coordination:
- Assist with client proposals and bookings
- Schedule workload in line with production and customer expectations
- Sales Administration:
- complete paperwork to the highest standard.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager
- Adhoc administration tasks
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
