Due to the growth and expansion of our Rentals & Mechanical Company, our Moranbah branch is seeking a Rental Sales Officer to join our Rental team.

Job Description
Rental Administration including but not limited to -
- Quoting and creating reservations
- Completing rental agreements
- Preparation of vehicles for hire and checking vehicle in upon return
- Up-selling our additional products & services
- Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
- Working closely with the detailer and workshop manager
- Invoicing and debtor collection
- Good conflict resolutions skills
- Collection and return of customers
- General enquires and administration
- Provide a supporting role for key personnel
Additional to Rentals position, you will also assist the Mechanical Service Advisor in creating workshop bookings, inventory and stock maintenance and monitoring workshop bookings.

You require a good understanding of team work and are competent in managing yourself when unsupervised. You can handle at times an unpredictable environment. You must be a quick learner without compromising attention to detail.

- Understanding of Cash Handling Procedures & use of EFTPOS
- Proven computer, numerical and literacy skills
- Ability to work within a paperless computer based scheduling & maintenance system

- Team Orientated with the ability to work autonomously and be self motivated
- Focus, loyalty and commitment
- An ability to complete all tasks required as this is a "hands-on" position
- Have strong problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure
- Exceptional grooming & personal presentation standards
- Excellent ability to move vehicles in tight spaces, reversing skills essential
- Manual Open Drivers License
