The Bidet Shop is a market leader in electronic bidets operating in both Australia and New Zealand.
We require an experienced Repair Technician for our Gold Coast office.
Essential qualifications of applicants are:
- Ability to analyze, test, service and repair electronic machines
- Good communication skills for customer liaison
- Hands on approach to work
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good written skills
- Hard working, fast, efficient and tidy
- Open drivers licence
- Positive attitude
You will be responsible for:
1. Repairing & testing broken bidets
2. Bidet reworks
3. Calling customers after completed jobs
This includes:
• Diagnosing and repairing bidets as per company procedures
• Attending to telephone & onsite technical issues from clients
• Servicing returned bidets as per company procedures
• Organise for repairs of faulty/warranty equipment
• Ensuring all work is satisfactorily completed on time
• In-house system administration
