We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team at ITM – Stapylton as Service Technician. Working as part of our service team and in conjunction with our Service Manager, operations and management teams, this position requires a person who is familiar with and has experience with maintenance and repairs of tools and industrial equipment. Of course, further on the job training will be provided to gain further product knowledge and skills.
The suitable candidate will have some experience with:
- maintenance of industrial tools and equipment or small engine repairs (i.e. air tools, generators, magnet based drills cold cut and band saws).
- Highly motivated and able to keep up with fast paced environment and workloads.
- An emphasis on always achieving excellent customer service.
- Computer literacy.
- Qualifications looked on favourably
- Maintaining the safety and integrity of all serviced products
- Adhere to WH&S regulations
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your practical skills and the opportunity to develop a long-term career position.
Desired Qualifications:
- Trade qualification as an Electrician/Mechanical fitter
- Restricted Electrical Work License
- Small engine mechanic
The position is full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
