The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Repco Trade Marketing Specialist, the Repco Trade Marketing Coordinator will execute, coordinate, and support the promotional activity across Australian Markets to achieve both sales objectives and brand objectives.
The Repco Trade Marketing Coordinator will ensure all campaigns, promotional activity, events and marketing channels are executed appropriately to target customers in accordance with the own brand tones and positioning and the relevant customer value proposition, as well as contributing towards the customer satisfaction objectives.
Stakeholder engagement with the wider marketing group functions, sales, operations and merchandise teams. Coordination and support of reporting & tracking of entitlements, communications to members and key stakeholders and distribution of gifts to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction of loyalty programs.
They will possess a high level of strategic and executional thinking ability, exceptional communication and influencing skills as well as excellent analytical, reporting, planning and time management skills.
In the role you will:
- Support the Repco brand proposition and brand awareness
- Manage and update the business website (Wordpress) with both graphics and editorial style content, working with the Trade Marketing Specialist and key stakeholders to ensure the offer is compelling and relevant
- Assist and support the Trade Marketing Specialist to deliver on marketing activations, internal team and external customer communications, advertisements and editorials
- Conduct regular competitor tracking
- Assist and support the Trade Marketing Specialist on Trade Campaigns, promotions and sales events
- Provide industry Event support and Coordination & National Tradeshow
- Develop reports to provide insight into marketing activities
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to implement strategic marketing activities that will result in increased business revenues and directly deliver on the business' goals
- Collaborate with the design team for briefing and proofing a wide variety of marketing collateral
- Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of our diverse marketing strategy for Repco across various brands and markets
About you:
- 2-3 years marketing experience
- Previous experience in developing, building, and maintaining a range of working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience using Wordpress CMS is highly desirable
- Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills, with strong attention to detail including sound grammar and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage processes and tasks to achieve required outcomes within strict timeframes.
- Ability to think analytically and review campaign results to make recommendations
- Experience using Marketo is desirable, but not essential
- A "can do" approach
