About the role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Replenishment Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our processing facilities by managing inventory levels and collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and complete delivery for production.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily monitoring and replenishment of materials
- Maintaining inventory master data, including safety stock levels, materials specifications, supplier pricing, sustainability, and food contact certifications
- Generating purchase orders, confirming delivery dates, and maintaining communication with suppliers
- Tracking purchase orders, addressing back orders, and investigating any issues related to missed delivery dates or shortages
- Managing purchase and transfer orders to achieve agreed-upon vendor days of supply at all sites

About you
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience in a purchasing or replenishment role, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Previous ERP experience
- SAP experience (desirable)
