Our Team You’ll be working in an Analytics team within our Customer Support department, combining commercial acumen, technical data skills, and communication skills to turn complex, varied data into intuitive and informative insights that enable proactive and timely data driven decision making.
To be successful in this role, you'll be driven, self-motivated, resourceful, naturally curious analyst who uses a creative mind-set to solve problems. You enjoy using your data and analytical skills to develop deep insights and motivate change.
What you'll be responsible for- 🧩 Data Cleaning and Preparation
Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users
- 📶 Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- 📊 Data Management and Visualization
Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders

Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
