About the Role

The Procurement and Reporting Manager is a newly designed role that leads a small team  to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and locally relevant services through procurement, tendering, and reporting activities. Some of the roles within the team have also been revised and we are currently recruiting for these team members.

This newly established team is part of the wider Commissioning and Development Team. The work they will do is essential to our core business, achieving positive health outcomes in the community through best practice outcome-based and collaborative commissioning. 

From leading high-stakes procurement projects, ensuring precision and efficiency in execution, to monitoring commissioning activities, capturing key metrics to facilitate effective knowledge integration across various reporting frameworks and evaluation processes, meeting organisational reporting requirements, this role involves working with a range of internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3 years experience in a similar management role overseeing the full procurement lifecycle.
  • 3 years experience in managing a team including demonstrated success of the development and motivation of staff.
  • Experience working in health or social services industry
  • Superior analytical skills including the ability to interpret complex information

To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Current NSW Drivers Licence and access to transport as regular travel is required as part of the role within the Western Sydney area is required. Full working rights to work in Australia are required for this role.
